Clemson vs. Virginia: The 5th-seeded Clemson Tigers got past the 2nd round of the 2024 ACC Softball Championship with an 8-1 win over the 4th-seeded Virginia Cavaliers. Regan Spencer was magnificent in the circle, giving up just 1 run on 2 hits in the win. Alex Brown led the way on offense for the Tigers, going 3-4 from the plate with 3 RBI while Valerie Cagle went 2-4 with 3 RBI as well. Sarah Coon provided the lone run for the Cavs on an RBI single in the bottom of the fourth.
